The cold room sliding doors are mounted into panels that are at least 60 mm thick on to cold rooms for positive and negative temperature ranges from -40 °C to +70 °C.
The door leaf thickness is 80 mm for positive and 120 mm for negative temperature ranges and is made of galvanized DX51D-Z275 steel sheet painted in RAL 9010 white colour or stainless steel AISI 304 quality, Scotch Brite finishing, stainless steel AISI 316 quality Scotch Brite finishing or stainless steel AISI 316 circle brushed. The standard steel is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm thick. Door leafs are filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 40-42 kg/m³. The doors for negative temperature ranges have an integrated heater in the rubber seal.
The door frame is made of multi-chambered PVC profiles of exceptional strength and insulation properties.
The basic model, intended for installation in 60 mm thick panel for positive and 100 mm thick panel for negative temperature range, can be upgraded with 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm high PVC inserts or their combination depending on the panel thickness in which they are installed.
The flexibility of the manufacturing process enables the production of non-standard door dimensions.
