Panels are used for the cold rooms’ production that is suitable for temperatures ranging from – 40 °C to + 70 °C.
Panels are made of galvanized DX51D-Z275 steel sheet painted in RAL 9010 white colour or stainless steel AISI 304 quality Scotch Brite finishing, stainless steel AISI 316 quality Scotch Brite finishing or stainless steel AISI 316 circle brushed, food safety. The standard steel thickness is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The panels are filled with polyurethane foam, having a density of 40-42kg/m³.
The joints between the panels are made as a groove-tongue and are attached to each other with cam locks. Providing an excellent combination of quality grip and insulation across the entire panel. If the cold room is made without a floor insulation panel, the grip between the wall panels and the floor is made of PVC or steel “U” profiles.
Wall panels are made with a groove to place the ceiling panel, and if the floor insulation panel is present the same solution will be used in the floor area. Groove makes the assembly easier and provides a break of thermal bridge. For the connection of the panel edges the “L” hem profiles are being used. Resistance to pressure amounts from 1.5 – 2 kg/cm².
