Refrigeration hinged doors are mounted into panels that are at least 60 mm thick and are used for temperature ranges from -40 °C to +70 °C.
The door leaf is 60 mm thick for positive and 100 mm for negative operating temperature area and is made of galvanized DX51D-Z275 steel sheet painted in RAL 9010 white colour or stainless steel AISI 304 quality Scotch Brite finishing, stainless steel AISI 316 quality Scotch Brite finishing or stainless steel AISI 316 circle brushed. The thickness of the standard steel is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The door leafs are filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
The doors for negative temperature ranges are equipped with an integrated heater in the rubber seal. The door frame consists of multi-chambered PVC profiles with exceptional strength and insulation properties with all of the integrated elements for hinges and screws to be adjusted to the height of the door frame. The basic model, intended for installation into 60 mm thick panel for positive and 100 mm for negative temperature range, can be upgraded with 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm high PVC inserts or a combination of them depending on the thickness of the panels into which they are installed.
The flexibility of the manufacturing process enables the production of non-standard door dimensions.
